The practice management team is responsible for managing all non-clinical aspects of the practice to ensure that the practice provides a high quality of patient care in a safe environment. The practice management team supports the GPs and other medical professionals in delivering patient services and also helps to develop services to enhance patient care.
Quality & Outcomes Manager
Our administration team deals with a range of tasks including processing repeat medication requests, hospital correspondence, patient registrations, recall systems and referrals to secondary or other NHS health services and non-NHS work, such as private medicals.
Our receptionists provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. Receptionists make most of the patient appointments with our GPs and nurses.
