CHRONIC DISEASE CLINICS -  The surgery is changing recalls for patients to ONE recall in your birthday month for ALL chronic disease reviews:- diabetes, heart disease, asthma, COPD and stroke/TIA.  This is to reduce the amount of reviews you are asked to attend.  If you have more than one of the above conditions you will only need to be seen once at the surgery.

Clinics & Services

We have a mix of male and female doctors, both principals and salaried GPs, practicing in partnership. They all provide maternity medical services, full contraceptive services including fitting of coils/implants by Dr Borman. Our nursing team also provides childhood immunisations, flu injections in the autumn,  plus advice and immunisations for foreign travel.

Among the other Clinics and Services that the Practice offers to patients are:

 

Bloods/Blood pressure clinic

Patients who require a blood test or blood pressure check need to contact the surgery for an appointment.  Clinics are held every morning beween 8.30am and 12pm.  If you require a blood test and a blood pressure please make a double appointment.

For patients who are fasting, please make an appointment between 8.30am and 9.30am.

Smoking Cessation

Would you like help and support to break the smoking habit? Simply call 01472 325500 or call into the drop in sessions to meet the advisor and get free, confidential and no obligation advice.  Clinics are held at the Cleethorpes Primary Care Centre on a Friday morning at 10am and Friday afternoon at 1pm.
